Maintenance for all your IT equipment

Micro Hire can offer a full maintenance service for all of your IT equipment either on an annual maintenance contract or simply as and when you need us. We offer a same day call out service, if you call us in the morning we will normally be able to attend to your problem the same day, there is a £35.00 call out charge which pays for us to come out to you and also the first 30 minutes that our engineer is on-site. We operate a unique ‘no fix, no fee’ policy, if in the unlikely event that we cannot fix the problem there will be no charge. Because we also have a computer hire department, we can offer a free loan machine should your computer need to be taken ‘off-site’ to be repaired, which reduces the amount of ‘down time’ you suffer in the event of a system failure.
